Letterhead
Mailing a letter? Campus units are encouraged to use one of our Microsoft Word templates so that it's more familiar and recognizable to your recipients. Pick the one that best suits your needs and preferences. Please keep in mind that the University of California Santa Barbara seal is typically reserved for official communications from the Chancellor’s office, legal documents, financial documents, awards, and other formal university communications.
Note: Google Docs users can access the same template designs by choosing New > Google Docs > From a template in your Google Drive account.
Event Poster
If you plan to host an event on campus then this promotional poster template may come in handy. It's available in Microsoft Word format to make it easy for anyone to update it. Make sure to check the Office of Student Life's posting regulations if you plan to post it on one of the campus kiosks.
